What are Playlists?
Playlists in Rhythm allow you to create personalized sets from hundreds of artists and performances. Tailor your music experience by compiling your favorite live performances into a single playlist!
Creating a Playlist
To create a playlist, tap the 'Playlists' button on the navigation menu. Select 'New Playlist...'. Once you add a few songs, we will automatically generate cover art for you. This feature is exclusive to Rhythm+ subscribers.
Adding Songs to a Playlist
To add songs to a playlist, browse through the concerts and click on the three dots (•••) button next to each song. You can add songs from multiple concerts and artists to a single playlist.
Editing a Playlist
Tap the 'Edit' button on the top right. Here you can edit the name of your playlists, reorder and remove songs, or delete the playlist entirely.
What is Rhythm+?
Rhythm+ is our premium subscription service. With Rhythm+, you get access to unlimited sets, HD streaming, no ads, personalized recommendations, and early access to new features. Subscribe now for the full experience.
How do I subscribe to Rhythm+?
To subscribe to Rhythm+, visit your account settings and tap Subscribe to Rhythm+.
How do I manage my Rhythm+ subscription?
To manage your Rhythm+ subscription, visit your account settings and tap Your Rhythm+ account.
Why can't I view HD content?
To view HD content, you need to have an active Rhythm+ subscription. If you have an active subscription but are facing issues, please log out, then log back in. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Can I use AirPlay to watch Rhythm on my TV?
Yes! Rhythm supports AirPlay to watch content on your compatible device. To start AirPlay, select a set and tap on the AirPlay icon in the bottom right of the player. If the icon does not appear, ensure you are using a supported browser (Safari) andnected to the same Wi-Fi network as your AirPlay device.
The video is low-quality. How do I fix this?
HD streaming is only available to Rhythm+ subscribers. To view HD content, subscribe to Rhythm+.
The video is buffering constantly. What should I do?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Does Rhythm send me emails?
Rhythm may send you emails regarding your account, subscription, or other important information. We do not send any promotional emails at this time.
How do I delete my Rhythm account?
To delete your account, please contact support.
